Shipments & Returns

We ship with major couriers such as UPS or DHL. A tracking number will be sent to your email after the shipping.

If your order is received before 16:00 CET (Working days), we aim to dispatch on the same day.

We ship worldwide for most of our brands except to Japan only for Masunaga, Masunaga K3 and Masunaga X Kenzo Takada.

Europe 1-3 working days - US 2-4 working days - Other countries 2-5 working days

Countries outside EU
For customers outside the European Union, all import duties and taxes are now included. You won’t have to pay any additional fees upon delivery.

Returns

In case of exchanges or returns, start a request here.

All returns must be received in excellent unworn condition, cleaned and unmarked, with original case and associated paperwork.

Expect 5-10 working days for process and refund.

Return Costs

If a delivery is refused or unclaimed, shipping and return costs will be deducted from the refund. Prepaid duties and taxes are non-refundable. Please review local import rules before ordering, and contact us if you have any questions.

Restocking

Because each item is carefully inspected and repackaged upon return, a restocking fee of 10% may apply when ordering at least 3 items. This helps cover the cost of quality control and handling.
