Delivery
If your order is received before 16:00 CEST UTC +2 (Working days), we aim to dispatch on the same day.
If your item showed ‘pre-order’, then please expect an additional 6-10 days to dispatch date.
We ship worldwide for most of our brands.
Europe 1-3 working days
US 2-4 working days

Returns
If you decide to return your order, please let us know as soon as possible after you receive them at hello@sunofjapan.com
You have 14 days to advise us if you wish to return it. All returns must be received in excellent unworn condition, cleaned and unmarked, with all cases and associated paperwork.
We will be responsible for creating a digital UPS return label. The label must be requested by email. The printed label must be attached on the top of the box.
Once the package is received at our office, we process returns as quickly as possible but it can take up to 5 working days.
We ship worldwide for most of our brands except for Masunaga, Masunaga K3 and Masunaga X Kenzo Takada.

Restocking
When more than 3 sunglasses are being returned for refund, Sun Of Japan may apply restocking fees of 10% of the total order. You are welcome to contact our customer service in case you need to try on more than 3 frames so we can advise.
Countries outside EU
Customs duties and fees for deliveries outside EU countries are to be borne by the customer.
