All our sunglasses have 24 months of warranty. This covers manufacturing defect and does not cover normal wear and tear of accidental damage nor against scratches.
- How can I pay? We accept debit, credit cards & wallets: Maestro, Mastercard, Visa, AMEX, Discover & Diners, Dankort, CUP, JPC. We also accept Paypal, Stripe and wallet payment Google Pay (Chrome browser) and Apple Pay (Safari browser).
- How can I cancel an order? In most cases we can cancel the order for you before the shipment. You must email us at firstname.lastname@example.org – In case your order have been shipped, you have to return to our office address.
- We will create and send a PDF return label to your email address. Remember to include the original receipt inside the package. You must find your nearest UPS pickup point.

We ship worldwide for most of our brands with UPS. Please refer to our Delivery & Returns for further info.
If your order is received before 16:00 CEST UTC +2 (Working days), we aim to dispatch on the same day.
If your item showed ‘pre-order’, then please expect an additional 6-10 days to dispatch date.
Countries outside EU
Customs duties and fees for deliveries outside EU countries are to be borne by the customer.
Can I return my glasses?
Yes of course. In case of regretting the purchase you can ship back the frame to our address within 2 weeks from the date of purchase. After this day is not possible to return.
Sun Of Japan has an agreement with UPS. You may find your nearest UPS pickup point. We will be responsible to create a return label.
