All our sunglasses have 24 months of warranty. This covers manufacturing defect and does not cover normal wear and tear of accidental damage nor against scratches.
- How can I pay? We accept debit and credit cards: Maestro, Mastercard, Visa, AMEX. We also accept Paypal and Klarna.
- How can I cancel an order? In most cases we can cancel the order for you before the shipment. You must email us at email@example.com or by calling us on +45 61 61 50 55. In case your order have been shipped, you have to return to our office address.
- Please find the DHL label inside the DHL bag, together with the frame box. Remember to include the original receipt inside the package. You must find your nearest DHL pickup point.

If your order is received before 16:00 CEST UTC +2 (Working days), we aim to dispatch on the same day.
If your item showed ‘pre-order’, then please expect an additional 6-10 days to dispatch date.
Countries outside EU
Customs duties and fees for deliveries outside EU countries are to be borne by the customer.
Can I return my glasses?
Yes of course. In case of regretting the purchase you can ship back the frame to our address within 2 weeks from the date of purchase. After this day is not possible to return.
Sun Of Japan has an agreement with DHL. You may find your nearest DHL pickup point.
