Yes do ship in Japan for all most of our brands, except for the brand Masunaga, Kenzo Takada and Masunaga K3.

Shopping Information

After the order is placed, an E-mail will be sent with the sum of the purchase. If the item is in stock, we will process it and dispatch before 16:00 (working days). If the item is on pre-order, we will keep your order on hold. Expect an extra 7 days for the item to arrive to us. We will email you when the item is dispatched along with a tracking number. 

Autenticity & Legality

Sun of Japan is an established company based in Denmark. Sun of Japan believes in quality and true Japanese craftsmanship.

Yes. In most cases, each official distributor will provide branded material such as case, lens sticker or authentication card which we will pack with your order.

Payment Information

We capture the payment only when your order is dispatched. Depending on the bank and country, it will take 1-5 days for the payment for being process.  

We accept Visa, Mastercards, Maestro, AMEX, Discover & Diners through Stripe (secure payments). Visa Dankort (Only in Denmark).

We made the checkout easy with wallets: GooglePay with Android mobile and Chrome browser; ApplePay with iPhone and Safari browser.

Yes, we automatically create an invoice for the purchase item. If it is missing in the email, please contact us.

Returning your sunglasses

Yes of course. In case of regretting the purchase you can ship back the frame to our address within 2 weeks from the date of purchase. After this day is not possible to return. We will credit back the amount after upon meticulous inspection of the sunglasses.

A DHL shipping label is included inside the parcel – Place the label in the parcel and drop it in the nearest DHL drop in point.

Yes sure, if for example the size of the sunglasses is too small or big it’s possible to exchange with the same frame in different size or color. The exchange is only possible within 2 weeks from the date of purchase.

Of course you can. Bear in mind that if you decide to return all of them we reserve the rights to charge 10% for restocking upon the refund. You may want to ask advice to our customer service for shopping advice like size and fit.

We always pack your eyewear in a durable cardboard box, wrap your glasses or sunglasses box in tissue paper before packing it into a sealed envelope. If your package arrives damaged, please take images of the box and frame immediately then email or team with your full name, email and order number.

No problem, if for example the size of the sunglasses is too small or big it’s possible to exchange with the same frame in different size or color. Please contact us to create a return label. You may find your nearest DHL pickup point.
