We ship worldwide for most of our brands.

Europe 1-3 working days
US 2-4 working days
Other countries 2-5 working days

If your order is received before 16:00 CEST UTC +2 (Working days), we aim to dispatch on the same day.

If your item showed ‘pre-order’, then please expect an additional 6-10 days to dispatch date.

Returns & Exchanges

If you decide to return your order, please let us know as soon as possible after you receive them.

You have 14 days to advise us if you wish to return it. All returns must be received in excellent unworn condition, cleaned and unmarked, with all cases and associated paperwork.

We will be responsible for creating a digital DHL return label that can be found inside the DHL bag, together with the sunglasses box. The label must be attached on the top of the box.

In case the label is not found or lost, you can contact us at hello@sunofjapan.com. We will provide with a digital PDF label that can be printed and attached on top of the box.

When you return the order please include either the original order paperwork in the parcel or write a simple note with your name, contact details, order number and confirm the reason for return. That will make the processing of your return faster once we receive it.

Once received, we process returns as quickly as possible but it can take up to 5 working days.

Restocking

When more than 3 sunglasses are being returned for refund, Sun Of Japan may apply restocking fees of 10% of the total order. You are welcome to contact our customer service in case you need to try on more than 3 frames so we can advise.

Countries outside EU

Customs duties and fees for deliveries outside EU countries are to be borne by the customer.
